Hey guys! I'm officially starting a new series on my youtube channel LifestyleGlamoration called Weight loss Wednesdays! This is going to be my journey on creating a healthier lifestyle for my self and will include weigh ins and tips. The first video features a free app I'm using to keep track of my daily calories and it reminds me of a food journal. The app and website is called Lose It! I love it because you can search for foods that you ate at a restaurant as well as scan the bar code of the food you're eating and the info will pop right up!
